In terms of results and improvements, I have experienced exceptional performance from the machinery. The quality and reliability of their products have been outstanding. For example, I recently purchased a Case IH tractor with telematics fitted, specifically the 165CVX Puma model. The telematics-equipped Case IH tractor has been a game-changer, allowing remote diagnostics and swift assistance. This has saved significant time, as technicians no longer need to visit the farm for diagnostics. Farmstar’s commitment to minimising downtime has been impressive.
I would describe the customer service as second to none. The responsiveness and support they provide are exemplary. As someone who understands the demands of the job, I appreciate the dedication of the service technicians. Farmstar’s friendly and helpful approach sets them apart from other dealerships I have dealt with in the past. Even when I faced a breakdown with a forklift, they promptly provided a replacement.
